Center's mitten tree calls for helping hands.(Capital Region)

SARATOGA SPRINGS - The Saratoga Springs Visitor Center sponsors the Happy Hands Mitten Tree from Dec. 1 to 30.

Individuals or organizations are encouraged to contribute mittens and gloves, which will be used to decorate the tree. Items can be either purchased or handmade, and all sizes, colors and styles are welcome.
