Farmer's Cow sells milk in half-pints

The Farmer's Cow, a cooperative of six Connecticut dairy farms,has begun selling half-pint portions of its milk, marking its firstoutreach to commercial customers such as schools. The cooperativehas been selling its locally produced milk, half and half, heavycream and ice cream at New England markets for several years.

With the addition of half-pints of milk -- "Calf-Pints" -- thefarmers say they are ready to serve commercial customers, such asday cares, hospitals, business cafeterias, colleges and otherschools.

Century 21 offering homebuyer seminar
