Qld: Stuttle committal hearing resumes today
A committal hearing for the man charged with murdering British backpacker CAROLINE
STUTTLE resumes today in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court.
Thirty-one-year-old IAN DOUGLAS PREVITE is facing charges of the robbery and murder
of Ms STUTTLE at Bundaberg, 350 kilometres north of Brisbane, on April the 10th, 2002.
The hearing began last September but had to be adjourned after three days because the
presiding magistrate was no longer …
